Naming Celebrant | Wedding Celebrant | Funeral Celebrant
Congratulations!
A naming ceremony is a wonderful way to celebrate the birth of a new baby or to welcome an adopted child or step-children into your family and wider community.
Many families choose to hold a naming ceremony to celebrate their child's arrival
How exciting!
Who doesn't love a good wedding?
The joy of working with a wedding celebrant is that we can work together to design a ceremony that ticks every box - and represents who YOU are as a couple.
Your story - told your way.
Let's find some time for an informal chat.
Losing a loved one is one of the hardest journeys that we will face in life.
Grief is a deeply personal journey - one that I have travelled myself.
I am a qualified funeral celebrant and it would be a privilege to help guide you through your time of loss.
I live near the beautiful Georgian market town of Stamford, Lincolnshire, UK.

One of my favourite quotes - 'bridges only appear when we are meant to cross them'!

A Celebrant led ceremony gives you freedom! Enabling you to come together and mark a life event in a way that unique to you. Have you ever dreamt of a field, forest or far away wedding? Then a celebrant-led wedding gives you that option.
At the time of writing (2024), a Celebrant cannot (yet) perform a legally binding ceremony within the UK. The Law Commission of England and Wales has published its recommendations to reform wedding law, proposing a fairer system that gives couples more choice over where and how their weddings take place. The Celebrant community is keeping it's fingers crossed!
Many couples will visit their local Register Office a few days before their wedding day (or even on the day!) and have the simplest of ceremonies (non-customisable) that can cost as little as £50.
This dots the i's and crosses the t's, allowing the couple to enjoy an entirely bespoke wedding ceremony that is a personal reflection of who they are and their story.
Prices vary depending on the type of ceremony. But for example, my fees for a wedding start at £800, renewal of vows £750, naming ceremonies from £450 and funerals from £280.
Home is Lincolnshire - which borders Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire! But I am more than happy to travel to the far ends of the earth for love!
Additional charges apply for travel outside of 40 miles.
I love this question...anywhere! One of the best things about having a celebrant-led ceremony is that your ceremony can be held anywhere. A wild meadow, your own back garden or even the top of a mountain!
