How can a wedding celebrant help?

A celebrant-led wedding or renewal of vows has no restrictions. It can be held at any time and anywhere you like (subject to permission and as long as it is safe!). 

With an independent wedding celebrant, you can have exactly the ceremony that you have dreamed of. 

1. Let's chat! - We will start with a no obligation call - for me to understand what you are looking for - and for you to ask me any questions. Choosing a celebrant is important and an initial chat is the perfect way to see if we click!
2. Let's get planning! - Once booked, we will have an initial planning meeting/call. Kind of like a brainstorm. I will want to know your wildest daydreams about your perfect wedding ceremony!
3. Let's get detailed! - A few months before the wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to be completed by you, first separately, then together. We will start to talk about the kind of readings you might like and the music. I love this bit!
4. Let's practice! - Practice makes perfect. If possible, it is best to meet at the venue and we can have a little rehearsal! Some couples have even been known to say that their rehearsal was more intimate and romantic than the real thing!
5. Let's get married! - It's the big day! I'll always arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to make sure everything is ready to go. 

As a special keepsake, I will send you a beautifully printed copy of your wedding ceremony. With a little something extra as a thank you!

My standard fee (as well as all of the above) still applies for a destination wedding ceremony. Travel and accommodation would be charged at cost.

Fees include:

• all of our pre-meetings, planning meeting and questionnaires
• writing you a totally bespoke wedding ceremony as well as a couple of redrafts
• vow suggestions or help with writing your own
• suggestions for readings
• delivery of the wedding ceremony itself!
